Your employee

Do you have an employee who is no longer in place? And you don't know what the problem is? Is the employee tired of his job or is he just walking on his toes? Maybe there is an expiring contract and is the organisation Own Risk Bearer for the Unemployment Benefits (WW)? A non-motivated or less motivated employee also has an effect on the team. By talking to the employee in time, you avoid unnecessary costs due to outflow in the WW or sick leave and you keep the employee and the team motivated.

The approach

I talk with the employee, ask questions, "prick through" with the goal: the employee takes control of his career again! I do this in a custom-made way and always have contact with the employee in advance by phone to determine whether my services are in line with his question and that of the organisation.
